My story
My name is Ksenia and my mission is to help actors in the world of culture and business to create the vision and strategy that leads to success, as well as to develop the relevant line of communication with clients. I believe art, creativity and adaptability are the key in today's new world.
In the last couple of years I've been to the World Economic Forum in Davos and after a few conversations I understood that today's economy needs people who can establish intercultural links, who know how to use digital well and who have a global vision of the world and the international economy.
Thus, my experience in digital marketing, communication, art market and journalism allows me to offer exceptional service to my clients. In addition, my personal experience of having lived in several countries (France, the UK, Italy, Russia) and speaking 5 languages, of having traveled to more than 30 countries and of having friends from different corners of the world allows me to create intercultural dialogue and to fully understand the requirements of a client.
My education and professional background is wide and includes different sectors. Having a bachelor in economics and international relations from the business school in Moscow, Russia, I then moved to Paris and finished a Master in Public Policy with a specialisation in Cultural management from Sciences Po Paris university. I have professional experience in the field of international relations (UNESCO), worked and had clients in the field of culture and the art market (the auction house Christie's and art galleries), in the media in fashion and culture (Numéro and Polka magazine) and finally in the world of business and innovation (VC funds, startups, web3 and NFT projects).
This rich experience in the institutions of the private and public sector, as well as international organizations, allowed me to understand the functioning of the different sectors of society and to create lasting relationships which now allows me to establish my own entrepreneurial practice and bring value to my clients.
